& We unfortunately cannot accept international RETURNs at this time.


On this site “WCILS.COM” can only accept Domestic Purchase
  with NTD Price(Taiwan Currency), for the inconvenience we apologize.

At this time all international orders require a quote for shipping price estimates.
  If you are interested in placing an order, Please reach out to studio@wcils.com
  with following information and we will provide you with a complete quote:
                1. Your Name, Phone Number, Email Address
                2. The Full Address You Want to Ship to
                3. The Item (or Items) You Want to Order
                4. The Quantity and size You Need of Each Item
 
We will email a quote back to you within 3 business days.
  Once you have reviewed and accepted this quote, you can email your order back to us.

International orders require prepayment by Paypal only,
  and any transfer fees will be your responsibility.

We accept all card payments for customers from oversea.
  With Accept, you can use all major card providers like MasterCard or Visa.
 
If the PayPal payment is not completed within 3 days
  upon receipt of the PayPal payment link, the order will be cancelled automatically.

After confirming your payment, we will provide you with the tracking information
  as soon as the item has been sent.
